In the team of IRIS IMS, I’m the back-office manager. In a few words, what I do can be summarized in the following tasks: processing customer orders, making the necessary purchases for projects, following-up on maintenance contracts, issuing customer invoices, checking revenues/margins, and finally reporting to management.

I studied law and communication and have worked in other companies before. But what is different at IRIS is that IRIS really makes us feel like full-fledged human beings and not just a number that has to bring something back.

Today I find that my work-life balance is in great control. Thanks to this I have time to enjoy my favorite activities: scrapbooking, knitting, crochet and also creating deco and jewelry. I also enjoy spending time with my family and play board games with my friends.

With my colleagues, we form what you could call a small family. They are all really nice, friendly and also open-minded. As for me, I always come to work with a smile. What I also like is to help each of my colleagues, which I do with pleasure.

IRIS has the quality of giving everyone a chance no matter how many years of experience you may have, which is quite rare these days.

A fun fact about me?

During my year of study in the United States in 1997, I had the chance to meet Matt Damon during the shooting of one of his first movies. It was in a casino in Atlantic City, where we went on a trip with some friends. Matt was still very young and not very well known at the time, and he was very nice and accepted to be approached despite the disapproval of his team. We were able to talk with him, take a nice picture and get an autograph. What a memory!
