Recertification proves IRIS’ continuous efforts on quality improvements

IRIS Information Management Solutions (IRIS IMS) is proud to announce its ISO 9001:2015 recertification. This certificate represents complying with the standards for customer-focused quality management, established by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO).

Certified since 2000, once again, IRIS has managed to renew its certification to the ISO9001:2015 standard. ISO 9001 assists companies to be customer focused thanks to the commitment of each stakeholder connected to the company. For the recertification, IRIS IMS was audited by SGS on its Quality Management System for 3 days. SGS concluded that IRIS IMS fully meets the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standards, meaning that IRIS IMS continually improves the quality of its solutions and services for the greater benefit of its customers.

This certification is once more confirming that IRIS has the right processes in place to deliver following high-quality standards. After more than 20 years of ISO 9001 certification, IRIS demonstrates once more that quality and customer satisfaction is part of our DNA.”

The certificate is valid from February 22nd 2022 to February 22nd 2025.

What is ISO9001:2015?

ISO9001 is a report of a set of rules concerning quality management, containing the key concepts and principles about quality. It is published by the  International Organisation For Standardisation, known as ISO. In order to be certified, companies must be able to ensure that these seven principles are met:
