In order to fuel our further growth in the domain of information management in Belgium, IRIS is currently looking for a Business Analyst.
Your role at IRIS
As a full-time business analyst, you will:
- Establish a business case to help customer reach his strategy, vision and goals with information management solutions;
- Gather, document and present business needs, rules and process;
- Understand the IT environment (software, hardware, network) and solution design;
- Understand the needs of the customer and interpret them into functional and technical requirements;
- Lead the project technical team to deliver end-to-end solutions with high quality, respecting time, scope and budget;
- Participate in technical, business and strategic meetings;
- Lead trainings & workshops;
- Help your customer’s peers to communicate internally to reach the desired result.
What boxes should you tick?
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Sciences;
- Knowledge of BPM, UML and BPMN2.0;
- Knowledge of Change Management;
- Experience in Scrum and knowledge of Agility;
- Experience in Project Management Methodology (Prince2, PMI);
- Excellent communication skills;
- A genuine interest in the business of the customer;
- Adaptation to your audience;
- Knowledge of Information Management technology;
- Previous experience in development (Java or .NET) is an asset;
- Fluent in French or/and in Dutch.
