We are looking for a Sales Representative to further strengthen our team.

Your role at IRIS

As a full-time Presales / Bid consultant, you will:

  • Conduct business oriented demonstrations/workshops, in order to present the company product portfolio, based upon the company’s mission statement.
  • Post sales transfer of the customer case to project manager and delivery team.
  • Remain constantly informed of the market trends and IRIS’ spheres of activity.
  • Keep your knowledge up-to-date in the light of new developments in order to reinforce your credibility by means of a service that is permanently based on updated knowledge.
  • Ensure strict delimitation of the scope of the projects, the budgets and the required days in agreement with the implementation teams.
  • Analyse customer requests and design solution architecture, on the basis of tools available on the market, in order to meet the needs of the company’s various departments.
  • Compile the information and take on the services of internal technical employees in order to draft optimal technical offers.
    Collaborate to the identification of the risks of the project.
What boxes should you tick?

Skills can be learned, at IRIS we believe it’s the attitude that matters. However, in order to ensure a proper onboarding, it will be useful if you tick a few of the following boxes:

  • Strong commercial drive
  • Interest in technology and innovation
  • Experienced in bid management (at least 2 years)
  • Presentation and product demonstration skills
  • Information Management knowledge in solutions such as digital content management, data capture and automation is a plus
  • Trilingual in writing and speech (Dutch, French and English)
  • Good writing skills
  • Experience with solution offerings
