My role at IRIS is to be able to question the client in order to understand how IRIS, with its IT solutions, will achieve the demands of the client.

I have been working at IRIS since 2007. Before that, I worked in another company that also did integration and I decided to change because of the image and experience of IRIS in the market. There is also the proximity and the dialogue with different roles in the organisation which is very present. This makes it possible to understand how things work and to be able to question the people concerned directly if necessary.

Whether for the SPF Justice or the mutual insurance companies, I have always worked on very interesting and concrete projects that have led to a very positive result. And the great satisfaction comes from the fact that clients very rarely submit problems with the service provided.

I really appreciate the kindness and dialogue that exists between the people at IRIS. You can really feel this desire to be closer, to inform and to listen to others. The availability of the managers and leaders reinforces the feeling of belonging.

I am very happy to know that the work I do is valued and useful for the company. The fact that I receive feedback, little words of encouragement is a good source of motivation.
