I am a human resources officer. In other words, my job involves several tasks that can be grouped into four main areas:

  • Administrative management of personnel;
  • Recruitment;
  • Follow-up of workers’ professional life;
  • Improvement of working conditions.

I joined IRIS after my last year internship, during which I met people who appreciated the quality of IRIS solutions and their working environment. So I want to expand my responsibilities and develop my career further in the long term.

In addition, what I really like about IRIS is the availability and the proximity between the departments and its people. Seeing my colleagues and, above all, knowing that what I do is useful for the company is what makes me want to get up every morning.

The atmosphere within the company is very pleasant and this can be felt through the various activities that the company regularly organizes for its employees, such as drinks and sports activities.
