My role at IRIS is to help organisations and companies find software solutions to improve their process automation and digital transformation. In most of the projects I worked on, we helped the client to centralise all documents within the company and to automate some boring and repetitive tasks.
I remember that I chose IRIS as an employer because I wanted to work in the software world and IRIS was a well-known company on the Walloon side and what made the decision was that IRIS is a people-oriented company.
What is really remarkable here is the kindness. The human dimension of the company means that there is a positive pressure that builds up and strengthens cohesion.
What makes me happy when I come to IRIS are the great colleagues and clients. It is always motivating to see smiling and enthusiastic people at work.
