IRIS IMS is looking for a new Sales Executive to extend the team and contribute to our growth ambitions in Belgium.
Your role
As a member of the sales team, you will take the lead in finding new opportunities for our information management business, both with new prospects and existing customers. It’s in your DNA to network, make new contacts and identify opportunities by creating demand for our solutions in a competitive B2B market environment. You know how to map out the needs of a customer and you have the drive, the courage and the persuasive power to convert demand into a partnership with our customers.
Your experience and existing network in combination with support from an experienced (pre)sales team will bring you the success you naturally strive for. We offer you a commercial position in a fast-growing and successful organization.
Main responsibilities
- Prospect and make appointments with decision makers
- Visit prospects and transform them into customers
- Follow up prospects in writing and by telephone
- Account management
- Working within the sales team with presales and delivery
- Working with the sales channel of our partners
- Supervising the Request for Proposal (RFP) process
- Keeping track of administration and forecast in a CRM system
- Reporting to the Sales Manager
What boxes should you tick?
- Bachelor degree, preferably in business
- Good written and oral command of French (native), English and Dutch language
- You are result-driven with a customer focus
- A real networker with “entrepreneurial blood”
- Experience in consultative selling
- Analytical skills, transforming customer needs to a solution proposal
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect on multiple levels
- Knowledge of Information Management is an advantage
- Being able to work accurately and efficiently
- Flexible, stress resistant and sense of humor
- Good knowledge of office automation, including Microsoft Office and CRM
