Exchange On-Premises Support: The IRISNext Outlook MS 365 Add-in now supports seamless integration with on-premises Exchange servers.
ScanOnWeb Document Separation
Blank Pages and QR Codes: New support for document separation using blank pages or QR codes, with the ability to generate QR code separators directly from the web interface.
Security and File Management Improvements
Duplicate and Virus Detection: Users can now opt to detect duplicate files and viruses when uploading through the web interface (requires compatible anti-virus software).
Improved File Rendition: MSG file rendition now converts ‘Outlook HTML in RTF’ into standard HTML to maintain embedded images.
Workflow and UI Enhancements
Task History and Behavior Improvements: Workflow tasks now include task history, with refinements to task behavior.
Emailing Annotated PDFs: Users can now send annotated PDFs via email directly from IRISNext.
